If our pipeline fails to generate a complete report for technical reasons, you are not charged. We prefer to authorise payment first and capture only after the report is successfully delivered. If something goes wrong after capture, we issue a refund immediately and notify you by email.

Each payment covers one household review. If you need to review a second household (for instance, a partner's or parent's policies), you would start a separate review. All 12 Swiss policy categories are included in each review.

Your secure report link is valid for 7 days from the time it is generated. Before it expires, you will be prompted to download the PDF. You can also optionally provide an email address to extend access for 30 days. Your email would be used only for protected link access, not for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
